Politicians Teach Small Businesses What's Up

Mitt Romney and others are using social media as a launching pad for getting people onto their politcal bandwagons. Could what they do on Facebook and YouTube teach small businesses the same thing?

According to the article in TechJournal, this is very much the case. "Small businesses can successfully utilize social media in a manner similar to political candidates to engage followers, promote their brand and increase sales," the article mentions.

iContact is the main theme in this article by telling how they can overview the density a company (politican) has on the social media realm. The article, too, mentions that if one of the social media venues doesn't work, "switch up message content or try a different social media network that might be better suited for particular content".

There also is other very useful facts and information for others to use. I am not a business owner but I would very much recommend it to other social media users like myself for useful information about how to properly use our social media accounts.
